Email Caveat
|
The email message that you have received was intended only for the person
or entity to which it is addressed, and may contain confidential or
priviledged material. By reading the email, you agree to be bound by these
conditions.
Definitions
- Information
- The contents of the email including any attachments to the email.
- Signature
- The textual section at the bottom of an email which indicates the
details of the sender and contact information, together with caveat
information.
- UCE
- Uninvited Commercial Email. Also referred to as "SPAM", this
constitutes the sending of advertising or promotional material by email
to a recipient without their express written permission.
- Web Link
- A URL (Uniform Resource Locator), which , when passed to a Web
Browser will cause it to load the document designated in the Web
Link.
Conditions
- This caveat forms part of the email message that you have received and
is linked to it by the Web Link below the Signature,
together with an abbreviated form of this caveat.
- If you are not the intended recipient of the email, even if it was
addressed to you in error, you must contact the sender and destroy all
instances of the received material, and are prohibited from:-
- Reviewing, retransmiting or disseminating the
Information.
- Taking any action in reliance upon the
Information.
- Receipt of this email does not constitute an implicit invitation or
authority to use the sender's email address for any commercial purpose,
including, but not limited to the sending of UCE, soliciting
business, transmitting or disseminating the senders personal information
including the email address itself.
