Opening A Web Hosting Account

If you want to manage the account yourself, create and /or upload your own web pages, configure your own email accounts etc., then you may join up on-line after selecting the Plan that you want to use. You can even have a free two week trial account. The only requirements are:-

That you have a valid email address to register from, and to which we can send account details and activation information.
Except for the free trial, you are prepared to initiate payment immediately after registration (you will receive a Tax Invoice via email). Systems-Go only accepts payment by Cheque or Direct Credit in Australian Dollars at this time.
You agree to the terms and conditions of membership (these are displayed on the sign-up page).

What is Offered and How does this Help Me?

The fundamental product that is offered combines an Internet Web presence with Internet based email addresses. There are a range of Plans that provide for entry level price and features (16 email addresses and 70MB of Web Space) up to full eCommerce facilities suitable for a medium sized company (190 email addresses and 1000MB of Web Space). For the features offered, the prices are very competitive. One of the costs that people are often unaware of is the cost to the service provider of the Internet traffic created by email and visitors browsing your site. Some providers charge explicitly for this traffic, however Systems-Go makes a generous allowance for this in each Plan Level. If the traffic generated by your site exceeds the amount allowed for that Plan level, you will be asked to upgrade to the next level.

More and more businesses are finding that with about 30% of Australia's population now having a PC with access to the Internet at home, and a higher proportion having access through their employer's Internet Access, the lowest cost means of reaching your target audience is via a web presence.

If you have a business, you can have contact with customers via email for many purposes ranging from responding to enquiries to exchanging orders, invoices and receipts. If you have employees, then you may need an email address per employee so that they can work with customers and suppliers as needed.

Systems-Go is not an ISP (Internet Service Provider), but rather an OLSP (On Line Service Provider). As such, we do not provide you with dial-up accounts or Internet Access, although we can organise these for you with an ISP if you would like.
